TRX Suspension Training

Join us for a challenging and fun TRX class taught by Jessi, one of our favorite coaches. She will put you through a full body workout that will leave you wanting more. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.

Strength & Functionlaity

Don't let the name frighten you! Ask yourself how many times a day you sit down in a chair, bend to pick up an item off the floor, or place an item in a cabinet overhead. These are simple, functional movements that we take for granted. Improper form within any of these movements can quickly lead to chronic pain in the back, hips, knees, and shoulders. This class teaches you to perform these functional movements correctly via weightlifting and power-lifting techniques such as Bench, Overhead Press, Squat, Dead-lift, Power clean, etc. This class is for those who would like to increase their functionality or the athlete that wants to increase strength and power to lift his game to the next level. Your entire body benefits by incorporating calisthenics, plyometric movements, resistance training, TRX suspension, speed, agility, balance, stability, and flexibility. You'll feel this entire 50-minute workout from head to toe. No matter your age, gender or fitness level, this class is right for you!

Cardio-Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Our cardi-kickboxing classes take place on Fridays.

CaraMayan

CaraMayan is a way of moving to the Bible for exercise, fitness, worship, and prayer. Based on dance and pilates movements, a class includes patterns of movement and breathing that are set to the scriptures, and help express their meaning. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, CaraMayan offers both standing meditations as well as strengthening floor exercises. Bring an exercise mat, and come prepared to exercise your body, mind, and spirit.

Hybrid Movement

Hybrid Movement is a growth-oriented class intended for all levels where you can expect a friendly, fun, and energetic fitness environment. This class will provide you with an eclectic and unique blend of training methods designed to challenge, integrate, and optimize both your body and brain during the entire session. Consistently attend this course and expect significant results in motor control, balance, breathing efficiency, endurance, strength, power, cognition, mobility, joint health, and overall well being.
